EOS offers Company Driver positions (Solo or Team) and a very competitive Lease Purchase program. We are mostly Drop & Hook and Preplanned throughout the week which means no sitting at docks or waiting for loads to be dispatched. About 90% of our freight is contracted freight through a total of 5 companies and are all No-Touch. Our fleet is constructed of 2021-2024 Automatic Freightliners, Volvos, Macks, KWs, INTLs, and Peterbilt.
Orientation is held here in Little Rock, all expenses are paid for travel, lodging, and any meals. You will be paid for your time here and be well taken care of! Speak to a recruiter today to get started.
Company Driver—Dry Van
- Home every 2 weeks
- Running area: Midwest Mid, Atlantic, and Southeast, PA, very little NJ, no NYC
- Average Miles 2,800-3,200 miles per week
- LOTS of Drop and Hook!
- Pay: Up to 60 CPM based on experience. Earn $80K/year average, up to $100K/year*
Company Driver—Reefer
- Home every 2 weeks
- Running area: Midwest, Southeast, and a little Northeast (PA & NJ) + Spot market freight
- All live loads/unloads—will stay with the same trailer
- Pay: 70 CPM. Earn $85K/year average, up to $110K/year*
Lease Purchase
- $0 Down, No Credit Check, No Balloon Payments
- Home every 2 weeks
- Same loads as Company Drivers; 90% of freight is customer based
- Lease Purchase Pay: 73% of revenue + Special Promotion for 1st year! $5,000 Bonus (First 2 Truck payments FREE and the next 50 weeks paid out as a $100 weekly credit towards Truck payment)
- Gross pay: $6,000-$8,000 weekly*
- Earn approx. $2,200-$2,500 weekly* (after all lease cost)
- Walk away leases; Full disclosure on all bills
- We offer Medical, Dental and Vision to our LPs
- Truck Payments: range from $650-$850/week unless VOLVO or Brand New
- Maintenance Escrow=.12cpm and Fuel, everything else is a FIXED rate!
- Lease Op Charges fixed cost: $475/week total

- Valid Class A CDL
- 9 months CDL-A experience (OTR or Regional) in the last 12 mo
- 1 year CDL-A experience (OTR or Regional) in the last 3 years
- Must be 23 years or older
